Resurrection Rolls

 We did ALL the Eater Crafts today!! Easter Egg surprises, Resurrection Rolls, and Stations of the Cross Books! The kids enjoyed the rolls and asked that I share the project so they can do it at home. Step one is getting Jesus' tomb ready...get out crescent roll dough. Step 2 put Jesus (a jumbo marshmallow) in the tomb. Step 3 prepare Jesus' body with perfume like Mary and the women from Jerusalem (rub melted butter over the marshmallow). Step 4 cover Jesus (the marshmallow) with spices like the ones the Magi gave Jesus at his birth (sprinkle the marshmallow with cinnamon sugar). Step 5 close Jesus in the tomb (wrap the roll around the marshmallow). Step 6 leave Jesus in the tomb for 3 days (put the crescent rolls in the oven at 350 for 9-12 minutes). Step 7 bite into the tomb and see that Jesus is no longer inside...He Has Risen!!!!

The tomb is empty, Jesus lives!!!
