Week 22 Catholic Schools Week
I cannot even begin to explain all of the fun and excitement that happened this Catholic Schools Week so hopefully the photos can speak for themselves :)
Practicing our cursive in shaving cream!
Time for Mass :)
Group 2 Won the Music Award at the Praise Assembly for January!!!!
So many fun assemblies this week-Prayer, Pep, a Magician, and Volleyball!
Unhealthy Snack Day
Happy Birthday, Joelle!
I told them to highlight this when we were doing our Religion Books because in the future if they feel like they are ready to Marry someone, they should see if they can answer yes to this about the other person...if they can then they are probably ready to get married :) They said that I needed to make sure that I highlighted it and remembered it too, these little matchmakers are always looking out for me :)
A lot of crafting this week....
We took a little walk to enjoy the warm sunshine...and to celebrate that the sidewalks were finally clean!
A little independent reading time!
Getting our concessions for Volleyball...they were very kind and told me I played well even though the 8th Graders totally beat the teachers.
Always fun when our parents show up to school!
Thank you so much for sending in the snacks for the Service Project!! The kiddos loved putting together the bags, it was kind of like trick or treating.
The Mini Courses were a huge hit! I told them it was kind of like they got to be in high school today...Picking classes, switching classes, making new friends in classes, working out how to get to walk to class with your friends who were in a room close to you:)
We love having our parents at school with us!
They wanted to show off what they made in their sessions....:):):)
The cake pop didn't make it back to the classroom but there was a little left to show off LOL
The future looks bright!
