Carnival Games

 To fit today's theme we used the Duck Pond to do Math Facts and Spelling Practice!!












Quick assembly with Parks and Rec, they are constructing a large statue on Adrian's Island and lwt our students initial pieces that will be used to complete the river in the statue!!





























Putting some of our language arts lessons to use in our morning message!

Week Two Learning A Lot

What a busy, full week! We have been getting our routine down (way to help with the homework and morning transitions parents!) and learning so much!! Learning different patterns in Math....                                                 Working on our teamwork skills while learning about 2D shapes! Loved hearing them work together, find different ways to share their ideas and blocks...They did a fabulous job presenting their group projects to the class! Impromptu group photo after practicing how to genuflect and use the books at Mass :)  Partner Reading :) Taking turns being the "teacher" as we start working on Math Facts! We took advantage of Wednesdays BEAUTIFUL weather and did our handwriting outside in the Prayer Garden! RECESS!!! A Brand New Year

 FIRST DAY!!!! YAY!! We learned a lot about one another and a lot about procedures: ) So excited for day two! Cheese! Kicked the morning off playing with playdough. Doing some moving and grooving! Playing a "How well do you know me game" Quick break to practice for mass tomorrow.... Labeling their own supplies! Lunchtime!!! They were very happy to have the 'best lunch'...CHEESE PIZZA!
